Park Ha Sun and Ryu Soo Young have officially become parents! On August 24, the actress’s agency announced through an official press release, “Last night, Park Ha Sun gave birth to a baby girl weighing kilograms approximately pounds. The mother and baby are both healthy, and Park Ha Sun is currently recuperating while receiving blessings from those around her.” Park Ha Sun also commented, “After waiting and waiting for my beautiful daughter, I’m overwhelmed with joy that she has finally entered the world. I’m genuinely thankful to everyone who has been congratulating me. I will raise a beautiful and healthy child.” After filming the drama “Two Weeks” together back in 2013, Park Ha Sun and Ryu Soo Young confirmed their relationship in 2015 and got married this past January. On the January 11 episode of SBS’s “Same Bed Different Dreams 2 – You Are My Destiny,” actress Park Ha Sun appeared as a special guest. Park Ha Sun said, “I’m the type to get way too honest so I’m not sure if I can maintain my image. My husband was also afraid of me [coming on the show]. He’s built up this image as a loving husband and I might bring it all down.” Park Ha Sun and Ryu Soo Young met on the set of the 2013 drama “Two Weeks” and began dating in 2014. The couple got married in 2017 and have one daughter together. About her first impression of Ryu Soo Young, she said, “We met while working on the same drama and I was very disappointed at our first staff dinner. After he had some alcohol, he began speaking English. I’m pretty good at English, but when someone who doesn’t normally speak English suddenly starts speaking it after drinking, it’s hard to understand what he’s saying. I thought to myself, I shouldn’t hang out with him.'” She added as a joke on her husband’s fondness for talking, “In the past, I didn’t like quiet men because they weren’t any fun, but now my ideal type is a quiet man.” Park Ha Sun was honest about the couple’s fights. “When you’re pregnant, your hormones change,” she said. “My husband says that I was like a beast. I would get angry and roar like a lion. He came home late one night after a staff dinner and I got mad at him. Later, I heard the sound of music so I went to see and he was crying while listening to music.” She added that the couple has not fought much after their daughter was born. “If we start bickering, our daughter says, That’s not right,’ and we get embarrassed and stop. It made us look more childish than our child, so we stopped fighting.” Park Ha Sun revealed that in the early days of their marriage, she used to leave the house after she fought with her husband. “We have a kid so I can’t do that now, but even when I was pregnant, I would just get out. Sometimes I would go to my parents’ house, but my husband said that was embarrassing and stayed home. Once I told him not to come to my parents’ house. There was also a time that I left for a trip without telling him. I didn’t want to get into a fight, so I just went, because he would get worried if he knew. I’ve gone as far as Europe like that.” The actress also opened up about her breastfeeding experience. “At first, I had no thought of breastfeeding,” she said. “But it took me some time to recover [from giving birth], so I ended up breastfeeding for 15 months. Park Ha Sun recently talked about her marriage with Ryu Soo Young! On the January 11 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s “Problem Child in House,” Park Ha Sun and Kwon Yool appeared as guests. During the quiz segment, it was revealed that many married couples sleep in different beds. Park Ha Sun was then asked about her home’s sleeping arrangement to which she replied, “We have the biggest [bed]. It’s an eastern king, which is the biggest among king [sized beds], so it’s not that uncomfortable. There are times when we use different blankets.” Park Ha Sun and Ryu Soo Young met on the set of the 2013 drama “Two Weeks” and began dating in 2014. The couple got married in 2017 and have one daughter together. Cast member Song Eun Yi commented, “From what I know, your husband is very expressive and talkative. He’s the type to constantly make jokes. Ha Sun is blunt and the type to only say what needs to be said,” contrasting the couple’s personalities. When asked if she still gets butterflies, Park Ha Sun answered, “There are a lot of different aspects, but honestly, I got married because I like him and feel comfortable. If [the relationship] is fiery and heart-fluttering, the ending usually isn’t so great. Or you fight too much. I don’t think getting butterflies is necessarily a good thing. I like him, I’m comfortable, he feels like family, and I trust that he won’t leave if I get sick.” Park Ha Sun added, “What I find so fascinating is that even if you try not to, once you’re living together, there are often times when you’re bare-faced or wearing unkempt clothes. Despite that, he says I’m pretty and that he loves me, which I think is really impressive.” In terms of what kind of daughter-in-law she is, Park Ha Sun revealed, “When I first got married, I couldn’t say what I needed to say.” She then explained, “Now, I say what needs to be said while smiling. My mother-in-law also passes over it while smiling.” Kwon Yool was also asked about the last time he dated. He responded, “It’s been a while for me. I think about three and a half to four years. I’ve started thinking that I’m lonely.” The hosts commented that there must be many people asking him out, to which he replied, “There aren’t.
